Below are some things for you
to check or try if you are having problems logging in:
Be
sure that you are using the correct username and
password. Have them sent to you using the link on the
log in page - then copy and paste them into the correct
boxes. Be sure
there are no spaces at the end of the characters you copied
in - even one extra blank space will cause the names not to
match.
The
log in page will automatically redirect you to the page it
was at prior to your logging in. If you at anytime
accidentally hit the 'Back' option on your browser, even if
you enter the correct information you will be sent to the
'log in' page. To check if this is the problem -
re-enter the page you are trying to get to in the browser
address box - http://www.spiesindisguise.com/shoppers.asp
Ensure that cookies are
turned on for your browser. Click on the 'Tools'
option, select 'Internet Options', then on the 'Privacy'
tab. Adjust your privacy level down to allow cookies.
NEW - Some
Pop Up Blockers can actually stop you from using the pages
as well. If you have tried everything else, try
temporarily turning off your Pop Up Blocker and visit the
shopper's page again.
If these things do not
work - scream and throw your computer out the window (just
kidding!)
