 Our shoppers visit the bar counter at the assigned location.  They will return a comprehensive report that records exact times of purchases and the amounts charged.  They will give you detailed feedback on the bartenders speed of service, including how quickly drinks were entered into the system, hospitality, showmanship, suggestive selling, and overall cleanliness of the area.  Times can be pinpointed to target specific employees and/or shifts.
